So there I was working out yesterday feeling a bit blah, I’ve been hitting the cardio hard these past few weeks, everyday actually and my legs feel like two tree limbs when I begin the workout…but yesterday and I was trying to move the California redwoods attached to my trunk I heard this song on the ipod and happiness occurred
